Return Authorization

1. The fastest way to correct any problems regarding your StrataSoles Training System is to contact our customer service line at: 619-729-9961. They will be more than happy to help you resolve your concern.
   
   
2. If you need to return your product, securely pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. StrataSoles Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. You may return your product purchased online or through a StrataSoles Enterprises, LLC retailer for a full refund or exchange if:
   1. Your product is found to be defective. Your StrataSoles Training System purchase is warranted against manufacturer defects.
   2. Within 30 days of purchase, if the item is returned unopened, unworn and unaltered in the original packaging, we will provide you a refund based on your original method of payment.
      
      
3. The product must be returned to StrataSoles Enterprises, LLC within 14 calendar days of your contact with our customer service representative.
   
   
4. Please include the following information in your return package:
   • Your name, return address, email address and day telephone number;
   • A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting;
   • A copy of the receipt dated within the warranty period for the product;
   • The return packing slip from the original order to receive full credit of returned item;
   • Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair, a refund or a bankcard credit
